Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 working days from the date you receive them. Conditions for returning products are: they must be in their original packaging, include the manufacturer’s tag, and be accompanied by the retail receipt.

Return process:

The customer must send an email to info@crystalbeautybydd.gr with their request or contact us by phone at +30 211 4045874.
The product must be shipped at the customer’s expense to the following address:

The purchase receipt must be enclosed in the package.
Returns are accepted during business hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 21:00.

Payment via Bank Transfer

  • IBAN Number (in digits, not as a photo)

  • Proof of Payment (photo of the deposit slip or transaction receipt)

  • Order Number: #……….

If you have requested a refund, the money will appear in your account within 14 working days, estimated from the next working day after you have sent all required documents and requested the refund via email.
(Refunds are typically processed every Monday and Friday)

Payment via CARD

  • Cardholder’s Full Name: ……………..

  • Proof of Payment (photo of the transaction receipt)

If you have requested a refund, the REFUND process begins within 14 working days, estimated from the next working day after you have submitted all required documents and requested the refund by email.
(Processing times may vary depending on your card provider. We are not responsible for any delays and we do not have access to or control over their refund timelines.)
If you paid by CARD, the refund is issued back to the same card, and the amount will be credited there.
