Shipping within Greece

Orders containing in-stock products are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Otherwise, orders are shipped within 2–4 business days, depending on availability.

All orders are sent via courier services offering the most competitive rates in the market. In rare cases (remote areas or bulky/heavy shipments), shipping details may be handled on a case-by-case basis.

You will receive an email with your shipping voucher and a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed directly at checkout.

Any additional fees or customs charges imposed by countries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer. Our online store cannot be aware of or predict such costs in advance.

If any of the products in your order are unavailable, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to inform you about the estimated delivery time.

In such cases, you may choose to cancel your entire order or just the unavailable item(s). The remaining items in your order will be shipped as usual.
